Rat Pack Jazz is an energetic, high caliber musical performance by singer Frank Lamphere that combines 1930-60's retro-pop with swinging jazz standards (Sinatra, Dean Martin, Tom Jones, Elvis, Engelbert, Jack Jones, Bobby Darin, Tony Bennett are all covered) and Frank's own original compositions. The music is loaded with melody but not loaded down with instrumental solos.
Frank currently works Thursdays, at the Rat Pack Room in La Playa Cantina in the western suburb of Glen Ellyn. Formerly, Lamphere was the male vocalist at Chicago's Peninsula Hotel and Jilly's Naperville.
In addition to his normal musical variety show, Frank offers several 60-90 minute specialized shows including: The Dean Martin Show and Sinatra Spoken Here.
Specializing in providing musical entertainment (shows and dances) for: Chicago Corporate Functions, Wedding receptions, Trade shows and Conventions, Fund-Raisers, House parties, and Concerts. Also available to perform at wedding receptions in Milwaukee, St. Louis, Cleveland, Minneapolis, Kansas City, Las Vegas, Palm Beach, Dallas, Nashville, Palm Springs, Denver, and anywhere else in the U.S. and Western Europe
